Stelvio‘s Peter Cossins took a couple of days out from the press room to spend two nights camping with his family and tens of thousands of fans at Hautacam, where he captured some stunning views, collected a good haul of goodies/tat from the publicity caravan, saw Jonas Vingegaard ride by in yellow to all but seal victory in the Tour, got a glimpse of the French president, and watched the whole shebang disappear in the cloud as tranquility returned to the magnificeny Pyrenean mountain.
